• Provided live retail operations presentations and assisted in rewriting of training curriculums to postal service
employees restructuring outdated service initiatives.
• Responsible for installation and training of NEW IBM POS systems to Headquarters and postal branches
throughout state of Indiana. Training included audiences of Postal Inspectors, Postmasters, Supervisors and
