3. BREAKFAST For breakfast you only want to eat 1 serving, Same for almost any meal but not all the time. Orange juice = 140 calories, total fat 2% of your daily value, sodium 1%, carbohydrates 11%, sugars 11g,protiens 3g and that’s what orange juice contained. FROSTED FLAKES= 120 calories , sodium 220mg,potassium 20mg, carbohydrates 27g, sugars 14g, protein 1 gram and that’s what you might normally eat for breakfast
6. Making this presentation I learned specific terms and what kinds of foods contain sugar and fats and a lot more. I will plan to change how I eat with what I learned by not eating large amounts of food, and looking on the nutrition facts for fats and other unhealthy things. Organizing this project I recognized I eat well balanced meals. WHAT I LEARNED
