• No universal opinion exists, although
utilities generally don’t like being
mandated to purchase power at a
specific price
• Generally utilities are not knowledgeable
about details of feed-in tariffs
• Stakeholders should educate utilities
about pros/cons prior to big legislative
push for a FIT
