VISIT REVIEW
Observations
• Islamabad branch in F6 is approximately 40km away (two
sides) from Rawalpindi so employee consume their fuel limit
while commute, and they are found reluctant to travel
frequently for sales
• Employees need training on Selling Skills, Team Building &
Communication Skills

• Enviro Water Dispensers are selling
however, if dispenser with door on tabs
is introduced it will be more selling.

The positive aspect of Enviro is Brand association with Haier
Good Product Quality

Room to Improve
Enviro do not have complete product range as fryer, egg boiler, bread
maker machine, food factory
E.g the same day a customer came of Rs. 100k the shopkeeper offered
Enviro SDA and customer agreed but due to incomplete range he was
offered some Anex products but customer purchased all products of
Anex
No Branding / Marketing activity
No product catalog to convince customer
I have collected product catalog of Sinbo, Cambridge and Westpoint
3 in 1 Enviro price is 3500 with 1 year whereas Cambridge 3in1 price is
3100 with 2 years warranty
Ali samad committed new models of Microwave Oven of 4 lowest price 7
months before but still dealer is waiting

(LOOSE PACKING ISSUES)
• LOOSE PACKING SUPPLY WAS DELIVERED BY HPK (the
issue was only found with Khyber Electric)

OPPLE has excellent quality and based on quality OPPLE has
been forwarded by dealer to U.S, QATAR and other

There is no branding / marketing activity with old product
catalog are not supportive for OPPLE brand

Expenses of Peshawar branch are audited 3 times (RWP, PWR & HQ) so
expenses are delayed (example OCS bill of approximately Rs. 10k was paid aft
5 months in my presence)
Employees cards are pending due to strict security checks in Peshawer region

• Enviro display was good
• OPPLE Display rack was empty, neither it was visited by OPPLE SBU
nor SBU was told to visit RD Stores & they first time meet to each
other

lock & key rack for opple products (to prevent loss)
as displayed in picture for cell phones in rack

Kitchen appliances range is not complete in
Enviro Rack
There should be more variety in oven
Marketing and Branding activity can boost the
sales both for Enviro & OPPLE
CSD needs to be more responsive as well.
