Creative Europe Purpose
Strengthening the capabilities of EaP institutions in international
cultural co-operation initiatives, including:
MEDIA and Culture sub-programmes of Creative Europe

Creative Europe
Ukraine will be eligible for Creative Europe in 2016 when it signs
the Association Agreement.
This allows Ukrainian cultural operators to compete with 37 other
nations to access funds in:
(A) The Culture sub-programme’s four strands:
• Support for Cooperation Projects
• Support for literary translation projects
• Support to European Networks
• Support to European platforms

programme:
• Training
• Festivals
• Audience Development
• Access to markets
