Online business consultancy
Online business and finance consultancy is an online platform for all kind of small
enterprises for the professional services and guidance about their business. It will
provide services for both businesses and individuals. We have the all experts and
professional advisors. They all have the ability to tackle all kind of the businesses
problems. We are specialist for the specific matter with more efficient strategic
business solution. An expert ecommerce store is a standout amongst the most
basic components to your online business success. We give end to end ecommerce
answer for organizations that are prepared to take full favourable position of
online deals. Online specialists give accommodating understanding to all parts of
Internet business and enterprises and in addition the learning and apparatuses to
screen the outcomes and make alterations when important. Every one of these
variables is making new difficulties and new open doors for organizations of
various types and for people in general division. A similar time you should be 100
per cent sure that your IT bolster is productive, financially savvy and completely
tuned to your needs. Online organizations require a remarkable approach and
procedure. Through counselling administrations, assist and guidance is given to

The project will not just have a website, but an online portal that will provide 3
facilities to business owners:
 They can read blogs on website and comments their questions (Free), or
they can also chat with each other to ask their specific business related
questions to a specific businessman (monthly fee applied around 100$)
 Invoice management facility available on portal (monthly fee around 250$)
 Advertising of businesses on the portal where customers can also give
review and rate the product/service (monthly fee around 200$).

The corporate agenda of this project is that, we will discuss different topics and line up the all areas of our
project which are given below;
 Design the outline of Responsibilities and rights of each member.
 Design the outline of the specific objectives and accommodation.
 Design the outline of the deliverable which includes how to satisfy the client.
Project Background:
The background of this project is covering all areas which include
the start-up of this project. First we discuss different project but we
all have mutual decision to finalize this. There are some reasons to
pick this project; project head is more competent for the project. He
has the leadership qualities. He knows the every possible aspects of
the online business consultancy. He arrange the team according to
the requirement of the business.
Project Benefits: As we decided in our core meeting of our team; every client will handle by
only specialist and reverent team member. 40% of benefit will goes to the
member account and 40 % will goes to the project head account and
remaining 40% will use for the welfare of the store.
Project Objectives: Our basic objectives are the satisfaction of our clients and also learn more
technique for the improvement of our services.
Project Deliverables: The deliverable of this project is that we can learn different services
practices which can helpful for us in near future.

This project is including the services for
small enterprise which are facing difficulties
in their early stage of the business. We will
provide proper business guideline which help
then to meet their targets of sale.
As everything has some boundaries, so we has also
defines some boundaries which is necessary for the
business environment; we will not entertain any business
problem which is caused by the personal dispute.
Success Criteria: We set the success criteria with the advice of all experts and advisor of
our team. If we will handle 25 clients successfully in very first month then
we will be successful. In other words, if our first client will satisfy with our
services then definite we will get huge success with the passage of time.
Constraints: We have the team in which every member has own uniqueness and
specialist in his or her work. Only relevant team member can handle the
client.
Project Manager: Z is the manager of this project. He will manage all the activities, which
include the customer handling, fees collection, and maintain the other
members’ salaries and commissions.

plan and shift the case to head of the
project, who can cover it or consultant

 Client behaviour is most important
part which needs to handle politely
and humbly. So did some workshops
for handling the client.
Time Risk
 Time frame is most important thing,
sometime for dealing with complex
case, we will put 2 or 3 member team
to produce result within the time. To
produce work on time is the key of
success.
Social Risk
 It is the responsibility of project head
to eliminate the social risk factor with
his efficient work. Dealing with clients,
banks, and colleague. To provide
efficient services and guidance with
polite behaviour it can eliminate social
risk factor.
Research design
As we know, we are working on the online platform, which is slightly different from ground realities. We need something to learn about it and
understand where we are lacking and where we are in strength. For this propose, we conduct the SWOT analysis. We do SWOT analysis which
show us about our strength and weak areas of our project. It gives us motivation as well as the way which area need to more focus. SWOT analysis
is the combination of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and threat.
Strength
Our major strength is that;
 We have all specialist and expert to deal with specific client.
 We all member has close bonding to each other, which can helpful to maintain the working environment.
 We have competitive advantage among others that is our product and services line up for the clients under single platform.
Weakness
Our major weaknesses are;
 We are new in market; we need to learn some professional and practical skills.
 Customer behaviours; handling and understanding customer behaviour are slightly difficult in early stage of business.
Opportunity
 We have good products line, so with efficient perform we can create a lot of space in the market.
 We can provide comfortable environment for the attraction of new clients.
 We can get higher market space among others; just need to satisfy the client with efficient work and take less time as compared to others.
 We can introduce more platform and services.
Threats
 If we fail to satisfy early client, then it will create big issue for the existence of us.
 Competitor can make us down with their experience.
 Any team member can leave any time in the case of emergency.
Conclusion
With the help of this analysis, we knew about our lacking areas and strength. Every business has some weak areas where we need to do hard work
and do extra care about it. Every business has a stage where it gets a lot of opportunities which can only be avail within the time. In the services
business, time frame is much important for the both client as well as the advisor. Threats are the common part in every business. Threats can be
eliminate with the active respond of the project head. Project head should maintain the backup plan in the case of emergency.

Client behaviour  Client behaviour is most important part which needs to handle politely and humbly. So did some workshops for handling the client. Time Risk  Time frame is most important thing, sometime for dealing with complex case, we will put 2 or 3 member team to produce result within the time. To produce work on time is the key of success.
  • 10. Social Risk  It is the responsibility of project head to eliminate the social risk factor with his efficient work. Dealing with clients, banks, and colleague. To provide efficient services and guidance with polite behaviour it can eliminate social risk factor. Research design As we know, we are working on the online platform, which is slightly different from ground realities. We need something to learn about it and understand where we are lacking and where we are in strength. For this propose, we conduct the SWOT analysis. We do SWOT analysis which show us about our strength and weak areas of our project. It gives us motivation as well as the way which area need to more focus. SWOT analysis is the combination of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and threat. Strength Our major strength is that;  We have all specialist and expert to deal with specific client.  We all member has close bonding to each other, which can helpful to maintain the working environment.  We have competitive advantage among others that is our product and services line up for the clients under single platform. Weakness Our major weaknesses are;  We are new in market; we need to learn some professional and practical skills.  Customer behaviours; handling and understanding customer behaviour are slightly difficult in early stage of business.

Opportunity  We have good products line, so with efficient perform we can create a lot of space in the market.  We can provide comfortable environment for the attraction of new clients.  We can get higher market space among others; just need to satisfy the client with efficient work and take less time as compared to others.  We can introduce more platform and services. Threats  If we fail to satisfy early client, then it will create big issue for the existence of us.  Competitor can make us down with their experience.  Any team member can leave any time in the case of emergency. Conclusion With the help of this analysis, we knew about our lacking areas and strength. Every business has some weak areas where we need to do hard work and do extra care about it. Every business has a stage where it gets a lot of opportunities which can only be avail within the time. In the services business, time frame is much important for the both client as well as the advisor. Threats are the common part in every business. Threats can be eliminate with the active respond of the project head. Project head should maintain the backup plan in the case of emergency.
