Project Benefits: As we decided in our core meeting of our team; every client will handle by

As we know, we are working on the online platform, which is slightly different from ground realities. We need something to learn about it and
understand where we are lacking and where we are in strength. For this propose, we conduct the SWOT analysis. We do SWOT analysis which
show us about our strength and weak areas of our project. It gives us motivation as well as the way which area need to more focus. SWOT analysis
is the combination of the Strength, Weakness, Opportunity and threat.

If we fail to satisfy early client, then it will create big issue for the existence of us.

eliminate with the active respond of the project head. Project head should maintain the backup plan in the case of emergency.
