How it works
Building the following five actions into our day-to-day lives is important for our
well-being and happiness:
 Connect: With people around you; family, friends, colleagues and neighbours. At home, work, or
community. Think of these as the cornerstones of your life and invest time in developing them. Building
these connections will support and enrich you every day.

 Be active: Go for a walk or run. Step outside. Cycle. Play a game. Garden. Dance. Exercising makes
you feel good. Discover a physical activity you enjoy and that suits your level of mobility and fitness

 Keep Learning: Try something new. Rediscover an old interest. Sign up for that course. Take on a
different responsibility at work. Set a challenge you will enjoy achieving. Learning new things will make
you more confident as well as being fun.

 Be aware: Be curious. Catch sight of the beautiful. Remark on the unusual. Notice the changing
seasons. Be aware of the world around you and what you are feeling. Reflecting on your experiences will
help you appreciate what matters to you.

 Give: Do something nice for a friend, or a stranger. Thank someone. Smile. Volunteer your time. Look
out, as well as in. Seeing yourself, and your happiness, linked to the wider community can be incredibly
rewarding and creates connections with the people around you.
TGR-Happyness Circle

TGR – Happyness Circle is an association of like-minded people who want to be
happy, stay happy and promote this in their circle of influence.
 Members recognise that happiness is a birthright and everyone is entitled to it.
Happiness has the power to attract health, wealth and success.
TGR – Happyness Circle offers a possibility to unlearn, empty your cup and
explore yourself through a year round calendar of activities, workshops, events,
trips & programs designed to bring out the inner you.
 TGR uses a multi-disciplinary approach to bridge the gap
What we do


   A year-round schedule of programs, events and activities, comprising
   Learning & Development programs (90 mins, half-day, 1-day and more)
   Outdoor activities (adventure, nature, sports, games, recreational trips)
   Workshops (learn something new – too long a list)
   Giving (volunteering, social service, etc)

Membership:
 Open to anyone above 18 yrs
 Annual membership fees
     Individual – Rs.2,000/-
     Married couples – Rs.3,000/-
     Family(couples + up to 2 kids) – Rs.4,000/-
Entitlements:
 Entry to free programs (min 52 per year)
 Complimentary passes periodically for guests
 Special membership discounts for paid programs/activities
 Access to a year-round time-table of events, programs and
exciting activities

Terms & conditions
1. Payments once made are non-refundable.
2. Time table, schedules, programs and activities are changeable and can be altered at any
   time by the organizers. However care will be taken to keep the registered participants
   informed
3. Prior bookings are essential to reserve a place in the program. In case minimum numbers
   are not met, the program can be cancelled or postponed.
4. Bookings are done on first come first served basis only. Late comers may be denied entry
   if the capacity is reached or the program has started.
5. Web based information & bookings would be the norm. Members need to check online &
   book early to avoid disappointment.
6. Members and their guests participate in the activities at their own risk. Organizers are not
   responsible for any mishaps or loss and members and guests are expected to take their
   own precautions.
7. Opinions and information provided are given by individuals and TGR – Happyness Circle
   cannot be held responsible for the same. Members are requested to use their discretion
   while adopting or acting on any advice or practisc.
