Requesting Sponsorship for “INNOVATORS 2015”
INNOVATORS is one of the most eagerly anticipated educational event in a new year’s calendar of
Faculty of engineering, University of Peradeniya. This is to improve innovative ideas and engineering
skills of the first year students and motivate them to do inventions for the better future of the Faculty
of Engineering, University of Peradeniya. This event comprise of many educational as well as fun time
activities with three day program, where more than 300 students re-unite.
For the fourth consecutive year this time the INNOVATORS 2015 will be held, starting on the 20th
February at 5.00 pm, till 22nd
of February at 7.00 pm of 2015. We would like to extend an invite to you
to sponsor for this competition, and to be a part of an event where hundreds of engineering under
graduates having there fist hand experience on engineering. We are hereby given you an
opportunity to promote your organization as well. We will take the opportunity to make a special
mention of your support on the event day and after the event we will be sending out a newsletter
about the success.
For your more information we send you herewith the project proposal and budget of the project. If
you have any ideas or suggestions that you would like to discuss please do not hesitate to call one of
