1. How do goals help you strive for success?
By setting goals is keeping your life plans in order. You set a certain goals and you complete all
the different levels there are to get you to the final step.
2. How can you create and achieve realistic goals.
By making sure that the goal you’re trying to reach reasonable enough to achieve. For example
someone wants to become a doctor but they are working three jobs becoming a doctor won’t
be a realistic goal for that individual because of their busy schedule they won’t ever have time to
study.
3. How can you effectively manage your time?
By have a very organized schedule. When your life is in order things flow easily.

1. What are you good at and interested in?
I’m interested in the Medicine and I’m very good at dancing. (Chorography)
2. What do you want to achieve?
Making my mother proud that I became a Surgeon and teaching/showing my daughter that
anything is possible if you put a lot of time and dedication into your dreams.
3.What values guide your life choices?
My daughter and all the dreams I have. I know that I’m here for a reason and I’m going to do
everything I possibly can to get the things I want out of life.
