Discussion:
The Scheme was discussed in detail and the Directorate of Sports was directed to
incorporate the details and total cost to question no. 7 of the PC-1 by indicating the share
of equipments for male and female separately.
Decision:
1. The scheme stands approved conditionally and PC-I may be submitted to Finance
and P&D Department within 7 days positively and report back to sports
department vetted copy of PC-I within 10 days.
2. The purchase of equipments shall be made in accordance to the KPPRA rules.

Discussion:
Talent hunt PC-I has been discussed in detail. The male and female talent hunt
activities are not incorporated in PC-I. The PC-I format must be followed in later spirit.
Decision:
1. Detail of all activities for talent hunt for male/female must be prepared with in 7 days
with proper justification, cost estimate, phasing and proper work plan.
2. The scheme stands approved conditionally and PC-I may be submitted to Finance and
P&D Department within 7 days positively and report back to sports department vetted
copy of PC-I within 10 days.
3. Scheme shall be completed within the estimated cost and allocation.
