1. Memastikan penyebaran dan penggunaan
ICT negara dengan meluas, berkualiti ,
mempunyai dayasaing serta meransang
produktiviti.
2. Membentuk satu pelan tindakan nasional
bagi memastikan pendekatan pengurusan
pembangunan ICT yang lebih sistematik.
3. Memperluaskan pendidikan dan latihan ICT.
