7. Consumption Management A comprehensive Energy Audit is performed at each member facility by a registered professional engineer. An Energy Audit Report is submitted listing recommendations for Energy Conservation Measures with capital expenditure estimates and monetized savings quantifications.
8. Consumption Management Any action taken that reduces consumption will result in a permanent credit applied to the Monthly Payment. The assigned Engineer remains in an advisory capacity to maintain continued energy efficiency.
