Summary
•      3 Focus groups (Aveiro, Sakarya, Ghent)
•   Filling in LA, sending it to the Host HEI and receiving confirmation and acceptance;
•   Arriving to the Host HEI, reviewing LAs and making some changes;
•   Leaving Host HEI and receiving by snail mail the final results at the Home HEI;
•   Grades and ECTS transferred to the Home HEI local system.



The following questions were asked in relation to each of these phases:
• What problems did you/students face?
• How were these problems solved?
• In your opinion how could these problems be eradicated?
• Could an online tool help to eradicate these problems and how?
