safety can only be achieved through
total control, which removes people’s
choices and creates an unhealthy
culture in any environment where people
work & live together.
In fact, the actions taken to achieve total
safety creates scenarios of neglect &
encourages more extreme/radical behaviours in others, ironically leaving less
room for achieving resilience.
