TRANSNATIONAL PROJECT
MEETING
From 14th -15th May 2019, the 4th partner
meeting of the project Nr. 2017-1- LV01-KA202-
035483 “Improving the professional skills in
green constructions through online training”
took place in Gödöllő, Hungary, hosted by
Project Partner iTStudy Hungary Ltd.
Aim of the meeting:
1. Pilot testing of the developed
modules – preparation und results
2. Manual of the trainers and trainees
3. Final financial and narrative reports
4. Organization of Planning of future
project activities
KEY POINTS OF THE MEETING
1.The status of the project by Project
Coordinator Prof. L. Lazov.
2. Results of the pilot testing of the modules in
Latvia, Germany, Hungary and Bulgaria
were presented.
3. The graphic layout of the general of the
individual modules and that of the whole
training course
4. A decision has been made to add videos to
each module and a generic video input for
the entire course
5. RTA, Vedaconsult and ECESI should send
to the Hungarian partner the textual
content (in English) and pictures.
6. The Hungarian partner will create video
and send it back for checking.
7. Then the video should be translated in DE,
HU, BG, LV.
8. There should be 15 questions in the end of
each module as a final test.
9. Manual of trainers and trainees to be
completed and presented at the next
workshop.
10. Translate to partner languages the Manual
of the trainers and trainees
11. The participants in the meeting shared
their recommendations and comments on
the modules developed. Deadline was set
for the written submission of the partners'
opinion on the content and layout of the
modules.
12. A decision has been taken after the
proposals have been discussed and
corresponding corrections are to be made
to the modules.
13. Issues regarding the final report of the
project - financial and narrative.

1. Improvement of the web-based interactive
modules
2. Accreditation of the modules in Green Skills
3. Completion and reporting of project activities
– final financial and narrative reports
4. The Final project meeting will take place on
09-10.07.2019. in Gabrovo, Bulgaria. Hosted by
ECESI.
