                                         In 2010, MTV Latin America’s social media team was challenged with multiple
                                         tasks and campaigns, each with the over-arching goals of building brand
                                         awareness, monitoring and responding to audience questions and comments, plus
                                         building a reputation as an active and ground-breaking brand in social media.


                                         Campaigns included the everyday management of Tweets and posts for the MTV
                                         social media platforms, such as MTV Facebook Page (facebook.com/mtvla) and
                                         Twitter Account (@MTVLatinAmerica), and the upcoming soap opera, Popland,
                                         Facebook Page (facebook.com/MTVpopland) and Twitter Account (@MTVpopland).


                                         The team also managed real time coverage of live events such as the MTV Europe
                                         Music Awards 2010, MTV Video Music Awards 2010 and MTV Movie Awards 2010.
