Cross-Cultural Competence and Collaboration
People working in an international context need to develop a keen sensitivity
towards cultural differences and learn to understand the art of balancing global
integration and local adaptation from both cultural and business perspectives.
Talent and Leadership Development
Attracting and developing the right talent is a necessary tool to keep up with
internationalization and industry changes. Therefore, our discussions include
topics and studies on talent and leadership development at higher
management levels.
Strategic Change and Organizational Transformation
Successfully managing large scale changes involves complex knowledge on
business processes. Also, the "human" side of change and organisational
transformation is not to be left aside and will hence be subject of our dialogue.

Atmajaya Gelar Seminar From Local Manager to Global Leader
Asean-China Free Trade Agreement (ACFTA) tahun lalu, globalisasi menuju sebuah era baru, yaitu
menjangkau populasi global terbesar.
berbagai pihak akan menggelar Seminar Internasional bertajuk “From Local Manager to Global Leader:
Building the Global Competence for Asian Leaders in response to the New Globalism”
Chee Wei, Executive Director HCLI, Singapore, mantan Regional Director for the Human Capital Group
(Asia Pacific) di Watson Wyatt (sekarang TowersWatson), Prof. Dr.Hora Tjitra, Guru Besar Applied
Psychology, Zhejiang University, China, Dr. Hana Panggabean, Direktur Sekolah Pascasarjana Unika
Atma Jaya, Prof. Bernadette Setiadi, Ph.D, Guru Besar Psikologi Lintas Budaya, Unika Atma Jaya, Ogi
The great resonance encouraged us to initiate GI-Net as a whole series of events.
