<ul><li>Lifelong Learning Programme (LLP) </li></ul><ul><li>Eligible countries: EU members, EEA countries (Iceland, Liechtenstein, Norway, Switzerland ), Croatia and Turkey. From 2012 (maybe) Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina , the Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Montenegro and Serbia . </li></ul><ul><li>The programme funds education projects at all levels from early care and pre-school education to adult education. The issue of career education at school and university levels falls within the scope and priorities of several subprogrammes of LLP. </li></ul>

<ul><li>European Globalisation Adjustment Fund (EGF) – extended by 2013 </li></ul><ul><li>With up to € 500 million available each year , the EGF helps workers find new jobs and develop new skills when they have lost their jobs </li></ul><ul><li>Funds: job-search assistance and careers advice </li></ul><ul><li>* When a Member State is made aware of large-scale redundancies caused by globalisation, it immediately mobilises its employment services to design a plan to help the workers affected.
