I have been well trained in the fields of lanthanide science, OLEDS, photo-physics, spectroscopy and photonics device. My research developed a novel organic-sensitised lanthanide gain-material and demonstrated its potential in the use of silicon based optical amplifiers, lasers and OLEDs.
I am also expert in investigating the spectroscopy of lanthanide based organic complexes such as time-resolved PL/EL, absorption and related spectra. I can develop self-designed optic set-ups and operate high-power laser system (Nd:YAG/OPO).
