I am an accomplished professional with an extensive background in mobilizing teams and establishing focus that promotes organizational change, enhances performance and quality, and reduces team turnover. I have over 10 years program development expertise in Fortune 100 companies and a keen sense of business acumen to identify, design and implement tailored solutions in support of business objectives. My two passions, Agile and building anything with my hands, lead me to teaching and coaching about how to help companies apply Scrum in their hardware and manufacturing projects. In my spare time, I am building a car in my garage with a team; we use the Scrum framework with great success!
