Sarah was six years old when she witnessed her mother's brutal murder by a masked man. She repressed the memory for years. As her 19th birthday approaches, flashes of the murder start returning. She receives threatening notes warning her to leave it alone. Her investigation leads her to realize the man who recently moved in across the street, Jack, is her biological father who killed her mother in a fit of rage years ago. Sarah, her boyfriend Dean, and friend Jane go to Sarah's old house to search for clues. Unbeknownst to them, Jack has followed and murders Jane. Sarah and Dean finally remember the murder weapon is hidden there. They find it and use it to kill Jack.
