In-house or contracted recruiting professional who is in charge of understanding the hiring need, creates a job post, and pre-screens candidates Hiring manager and other interviewers that are invited to review candidates’ credentials and assess the fit of the candidate’s soft skills Applicant who is identified by the recruiter as a qualified candidate through a talent database search or a job opening application A third party agent that owns many recruiting professionals providing sourcing, pre-screening, or coordinating services to an employers’ hiring team.
