Verisure Innovation AB, tidigare Securitas Direct AB, nu en del av Securitas Direct Group, har sedan starten 1988 installerat över 250000 hemlarm i Sverige. Vid utveckling av produkter och tjänster för ett "Smarter Home" krävs smarta stödsystem. Vi valde SmartCloud for Social Business. Varför? Vi ägnade mycket tid åt att underhålla våra system och hade väldigt lite tid kvar för att hjälpa våra användare att faktiskt använda dem. Vi ville flytta vårt fokus från systemunderhåll till att komma ut till och interagera med våra användare, genom utbildning och workshops. Dessutom hade användare stora och avancerade behov av tillgänglighet: dela stora filer, synkronisera till mobila enheter, skapa gemensamma dokumenteringsplatser - och samtidigt behålla allt säkert. Med erfarenhet från mångårig användning av Notes/Domino, just pga säkerhet och kvalitet föll valet på SmartCloud for Social Business. Lyckosamt rullade vi ut lösningen tillsammans med en erfaren social plattformsleverantör - EGBS.
