Job Description

Director of Delivery, Software Services is a next to C-level position which will involve the candidate to
touch almost all aspects of the company. Key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of
100+ plus people poised to grow to 300+ in near future, managing and maintain strong relationships with
existing and new customers, ensuring efficient and profitable software delivery operations.

The position is requires the person to be stationed in Indore with frequent travel to Pune and US.

Inward-facing

    a) Leading, growing and mentoring an enthusiastic team of 100+ high energy professionals and
       making them successful leaders
    b) Bringing strong technology leadership to drive high quality work in the areas of custom software
       development (.NET and Flex) and content management (Drupal and SharePoint)
    c) Transforming QA group to ensure they become keepers of quality rather than testers
    d) Continuing on the philosophy of openness and cordial work relationships among team members
    e) Ensuring that people continue to enjoy InfoBeans as their second home
    f) Identifying and developing leaders for future
    g) Instituting development processes and preparing the company for CMMi certification
    h) Developing a progressive recruitment, induction, ongoing training and research system to ensure
       high-quality substance and a capabilities in the entire team
    i) Bring though leadership to adopt new challenges and changes in the technology world and
       preparing the team to take on new frontiers as the business transforms with ongoing changes in
       demand
    j) Identifying and Initiating internal projects to ensure efficient delivery operations
    k) Plan for optimum resource utilization and synchronize with HR for resource needs
    l) Forward looking in adopting newer technologies to boost existing operations

Outward-facing

    a) Developing deep rooted relationship with existing and new customers
    b) Providing them overall account management as well as business consulting, as required
    c) Traveling to the US, as required, to meet with the customers and align with their expectations
    d) Striking a good balance between client needs and team needs
    e) Align with sales and provide the required sales support for aggressive growth
    f) Comprehensively represent InfoBeans with its customer-centric philosophy in front of its clients

Company Description

InfoBeans is a software services company with offices in US and India. We specialize in content
management systems implementation using Drupal and MS Sharepoint and custom business application
development using Microsoft technologies. We have also ventured into software products segment and
launched a digital signage management software on SaaS model called InfoSignz. At this stage, we are
geared up to venturing into iPhone and other mobile apps development arena.

Director of Delivery – Software Service Type: Full-time Experience Level: Director Functions: Information Technology Industries: Computer Software Pay Range: Commensurate with position Job Description Director of Delivery, Software Services is a next to C-level position which will involve the candidate to touch almost all aspects of the company. Key responsibilities will include leading and managing a team of 100+ plus people poised to grow to 300+ in near future, managing and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers, ensuring efficient and profitable software delivery operations. The position is requires the person to be stationed in Indore with frequent travel to Pune and US.
