■ Move your company forward
■ Don’t lose your vision and goals

● Who should join your team?
○ Define who is necessary
○ Define who is unnecessary
○ Divide it into steps - don’t hire at once
○ “Fire fast, hire slow”

○ What is your unfair adventage?
○ Why someone should join your team?
● Talk about your company culture
○ Present your product
○ Show your team
○ Let others know about your success (even these
