WHERE BY IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS:
This Agreement is made and entered into, by and between, AIM Control and DBAP.
It is expressly understood and agreed that this is a Agreement of Inspection/ Survey only, and that contained in
this agreement shall be construed as Vendor Inspection at Bien Hoa, Dong Nai - Vietnam.
1. Scope of inspection:
• Type of Inspection: Pre shipment Inspection with standards of AQL II (0.65 major & 2.5 minor) on
undergarment products like bra & panties.
• Date of Inspection:
• Vendor Name:
• Place of Inspection: Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Vietnam
2. Survey Fee:
• US$250 per manday for each next day (all the other cost like travel, photos, report via email,
etc. without overtime)
3. Term of Payment:
• At the time of every 20th of the month for the works done up to the 20th of the previous month. The
payment shall be regularly made at the same time upon the receipt of payment.

3. • The survey fees are paid to account No.825219 at Asia Commercial Bank and Banking charge of
payment is belonged to the DBAP.
4. Remarks:
• The above fees are for inspection/survey job at the factory of Bien Hoa, Dong Nai, Vietnam only.
• The Final Report & photographs will be sent by email only.
