This document discusses three key elements from Hebrews 3: circumstances, God's word, and our heart. It explores the nature of circumstances as times of testing or encouragement. God's word is described as living, active, and judging our hearts and thoughts. The document contrasts having a faithful, obedient heart that rests in God versus a sinful, unbelieving heart that hardens against God. It encourages readers to not harden their hearts and submit to God's voice and word so that God can shape them through testing times into his promised rest.
2. Today, if you hear his voice,
do not harden your heart…
(Heb.
3:7b-8a)
TODAY is God s moment of grace, God s fresh
call for us to choose.
Let us not allow past failures or future worries
hinder us from hearing God TODAY and deciding
to choose God, TODAY.

5. (Deut.1:34-39)
When the LORD heard what you said, he was angry
and solemnly swore: No one from this evil generation
shall see the good land I swore to give your ancestors,
except Caleb son of Jephunneh. He will see it, and I will
give him and his descendants the land he set his feet
on, because he followed the LORD wholeheartedly.
Because of you the LORD became angry with me also
and said, You shall not enter it, either. But your
assistant, Joshua son of Nun, will enter it. Encourage
him, because he will lead Israel to inherit it. And the
little ones that you said would be taken captive, your
children who do not yet know good from bad—they will
enter the land. I will give it to them and they will take
possession of it.
