8. Professor Ján Košturiak President and co-founder of the company Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia. He graduated from the University of Transport and Communication in Žilina, specialisation mechanical engineering technology. In 1997 he was appointed Professor at the University of Žilina in Žilina and in 2001 at the ATH Bielsko Biala, Poland. In 1990 he began to work as a consultant for industrial enterprises. In 1995 he founded the Institute of Industrial Engineering in Žilina which he connected with the activities of the Fraunhofer IPA Stuttgart in the company Fraunhofer IPA Slovakia in 2000. He is the author of several professional books and articles issued in various countries of the world (Germany, USA, Great Britain, Austria, Poland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Singapore, Slovenia, Croatia, Italy and India). During his professional career he worked as a consultant for a lot of firms including companies Volkswagen, Sauer Danfoss, Leoni, AESOP, Daimler Chrysler, Leoni, Visteon, Hella, Johns Manville, Mondi/Neusiedler, Nemak Rautenbach, Witte, SHP Group, Ikea, Linet, Bonatrans, Škoda Auto, ÖBB, Siemens, a i.
