-this test measure the flexibility of the hamstring

-this test measure the flexibility of the shoulder

-this test is to measure the ability of your heart, lungs, circulatory system and
the muscles to transport and utilized oxygen during physical activity.
10. “Muscular Fitness Test for Talent
Identification”
1. STANDING LONG JUMP
-the strength and power of the leg
muscles are measure in this test.
2. BASKETBALL PASS
-measures upper body strength and
power, and your ability to exert a forceful
movement utilizing the muscles of the arms
and upper body.
