Licensed Rehabilitation Counselor granted by the Dept. of Health Commonwealth of Puerto Rico on 2014. Achieved a Masters Degree on Rehabilitation Couseling (2011-2013). Worked as a Special Education School Service Coordinator from november 2010 through june 2013 and got employee performance evaluations with a high score of 99%.
