3. Find the RSS link or SUBSCRIBE link. Look for the RSS feed symbol. Sam’s site doesn’t have one but there is a mention of the RSS and subscribing to it on the bottom left side of her page.

5. You can make adjustments to how you want to receive the feed. I like live bookmarks because they end up on a drop down menu on my toolbar. But, you can go with Google or Yahoo and they will usually link to your email.

7. My feed shows up on my Blog list from my tool bar. You can also subscribe to this blog by clicking on “Yahoo” in the top menu and accessing the drop down menu. When you find RSS you click on it and follow the instructions.
