SHORT HISTORY
Well Advertising and PR Agency (1996-2001) It was my first offical workplace and these were very exciting times for me
and the whloe advertising industry in Hungary as well. I started as an account executive, but after a while changed to the
creative side. I worked as a copwriter, later creative team leader, and creative director. As the member of the management
I took part of building one of the leading national advertising agencies at that time.We started with 5 employees and 4
years later 40 people were working there.At the end of the period I was the leader of a 16 member creative team.
Noe’s Ark Advertising Agency ( 2001-2011) I met my founding partner earlier at Well, where the circumstancies forced us
to quit and establish our own agency. During few years we had built a superior team, a great client portfolio, won many
prizes and had so much really great time. Managing a 15 employee company as a co-owner, I had learnt to see the structure
and workflow in wider perspective than just a creative director.
Createam Advertising Agency (2011-2012) After Noe’s Ark the owners of Createam found me to lead the creative agency
of the company group. Coming from an outside position I had to restructure the company, rethink the workflows, redefine
the competencies, set up an evaluating system, etc. I spent there nearly a year, during while – along smaller projects – we
won E-on as a permanent client and handled the BTL communication of Telenor.
Freelance brand communication consultant & creative director, producer (2012 - ) I work for agencies if they need senior
competency or creative support and I also have my own clients. I cooperate with local and international companies, which
need brand development and creative execution. I’ve made branding or rebranding projects in different areas and managed
succesfull wider cooperations in mass-sport event and nature healthcare industries.
For brand owners:

BALATONMAN, MARATONMAN,
ULTRABALATON
We had started the cooperation with Balatonman
Triatlon Ltd. at 2012, when the company only had one
triathlon event held at lake Balaton. Next season we
launched a running platform called Maratonman for
running events and opened a running store named
Maratonman Depo.At the end of 2013 Ultrabalaton –
as the biggest Balaton based sport event – got into the
portfolio. Next year we launched Night Run Budapest
and a new triathlon event. In 2015 we contracted with
NN,Vodafone and Runner’s World as main sponsors. In
2016 there were two triathlon events and four running
events at Balaton and two at Budapest.

ULTRABALATON
During the 4 years of cooperation we:
• had built a structured brand portfolio
• had increased the number of events from 1 to 6 / year
• had increased the number of participants from 250 to 12 000 /
year
• had built our own communication channels (more than 34 000
facebook followers, more than 10 000 newsletter contacts)
• had built a very good connection to the mass media and the
social media opinion leaders
• had built a strong brand awarness in running and triathlete
community
• had built a sport community with 15 000 + members
ENERGY IN SPORT
Energy is a producer of natural herbal products and food
supplements.When we realized, that many professional and
amateur sportsmen were using their products to prevent or
heal injuries and to increase their performance, we defined
sporty people as a new target group of the brand.We
decided to open a new communication platform to them,
named “Energy in sport”.
ENERGY IN SPORT
We had found brand embassadors for the platform,
started collaboration with sport organizers,
made an own website for the platform,
made a shaping programme with video blog.
We have launched our facebook platform
and we’are permanently building our data base.

  • 30. BALATONMAN, MARATONMAN, ULTRABALATON We had started the cooperation with Balatonman Triatlon Ltd. at 2012, when the company only had one triathlon event held at lake Balaton. Next season we launched a running platform called Maratonman for running events and opened a running store named Maratonman Depo.At the end of 2013 Ultrabalaton – as the biggest Balaton based sport event – got into the portfolio. Next year we launched Night Run Budapest and a new triathlon event. In 2015 we contracted with NN,Vodafone and Runner’s World as main sponsors. In 2016 there were two triathlon events and four running events at Balaton and two at Budapest.

BALATONMAN, MARATONMAN, ULTRABALATON During the 4 years of cooperation we: • had built a structured brand portfolio • had increased the number of events from 1 to 6 / year • had increased the number of participants from 250 to 12 000 / year • had built our own communication channels (more than 34 000 facebook followers, more than 10 000 newsletter contacts) • had built a very good connection to the mass media and the social media opinion leaders • had built a strong brand awarness in running and triathlete community • had built a sport community with 15 000 + members

ENERGY IN SPORT Energy is a producer of natural herbal products and food supplements.When we realized, that many professional and amateur sportsmen were using their products to prevent or heal injuries and to increase their performance, we defined sporty people as a new target group of the brand.We decided to open a new communication platform to them, named “Energy in sport”.
  • 33. ENERGY IN SPORT We had found brand embassadors for the platform, started collaboration with sport organizers, made an own website for the platform, made a shaping programme with video blog. We have launched our facebook platform and we’are permanently building our data base.
