     Pick one of our challenges to see your progress
   as you walk each day. Climb Mt. Everest, Walk
   the Great Wall of China or check out the Great
   Ocean Road.

2. Enter your Steps:

           Every day use a pedometer to
   track how many steps you have
   taken that day, just login and enter
   the steps you walked that day into
   the step log. When you do, your
   profile picture will move along the
   map in your challenge page. Check
   out the sights along the way by
   clicking on the pins, you will see
   photos and interesting facts about
   each location!

          Get bragging rights by using the compete page to see if you are ahead
   of everyone else, or if you are falling behind!

            Health checks are a proactive approach to the health and wellbeing of employees by identifying health
    risks before they become problematic and disruptive, or even worse, fatal.

            Choose from over 35 different health and fitness testing protocols to create a personalized health and
    fitness assessment for your organisation and it’s employees.

           Each individual report compares results to average population norm data for age and gender. Results
    are shown in an easy to read graphical format with accompanying customised summary text, giving
    personalised advice and information.

           A company report will also be generated giving you an overall view of the health of your organisation
