                                                           AdWords or seo?
                                                           Search engine marketing and pay-per-click have
                                                           their own unique benefits and negatives. This
                                                           informative piece of writing looks at the differences

                                         Pay per click is when you pay for specific rankings

                                         SEO stands for search engine optimization and

There are lots of paid advertising platforms although for the purpose of this article, I am
going to concentrate on the search network in Google AdWords. Google AdWords is by far
the most popular pay-per-click platform with the the biggest market share.

It's a popular assumption that Google AdWords is costly and some businesses avoid it for
that reason. Some people think that seo is a cheaper alternative to paid advertising. This is
not the case and run properly, the costs will be pretty similar. Unless managed properly, a
Adwords campaign can produce a number of wasted clicks, dramatically increasing the price
of driving relevant traffic to your site. The advertiser obviously doesn’t pay for wasted clicks
in seo campaigns although a significant investment is needed to get web sites to the top of
search engines before they begin to drive traffic to your website.

Online advertising can be an costly process when you consider the amount it costs to
construct a website and also the cost of pay per click advertising and seo campaigns. Pay
per click marketing allows firms with a modest ad spend to pass visitors to their internet site
and hopefully generate sales. The budget can then be increased as the paid advertising
campaign starts to deliver return on investment.

Whilst paid search campaigns are
scalable, seo campaigns are much less
scalable and normally need considerable
investment before any returns are seen.
The primary reason for this is because
you must be on page 1 of the search
engines before most users will click on
your site. Even though some users do
click on sites which are below page 1 in
the rankings, most click on the adverts
close to the top of page 1. It of course requires a significant amount of work to achieve top
rankings in The search engines. This does not apply to pay per click campaigns because
with pay-per-click campaigns, you are paying for.

is mainly because the paid advertising campaigns deliver excellent short term success
whereas the seo campaign delivers excellent long term success. Long term both campaigns
deliver excellent returns as well as double the chances of a user clicking on your ad rather
than competitors.

boost search traffic further and to make the digital campaign far more efficient.
