e2v is committed to developing and promoting Portfolio, Programme and Project (P3) management best
practices throughout the business. To enable this e2v has formed an internal Project Management Academy that
is committed to:
creating a stimulating, challenging and rewarding experience of world-class professional practices,
promoting best practice standards and methodologies in the delivery of projects by:
• Building project management capability and maturity levels across the business.
• Providing a career structure for Project Managers within the organisation through actively
promoting, supporting, educating, training and development.
• Supporting the business as a source of project management leadership and expertise.
• Promoting best practice standards, quality, and methodologies into the project management
discipline.
• Utilising PMBoK-based methodology as well as support a best fit approach for project
management across the business.
• Providing a channel of communication for project status, financial health, and mitigation of
issues, risk, and dependencies across project, departments, and/or divisions
providing leadership, expertise, experience and training through the design, delivery, implementation and
maintenance of an enterprise-wide approach to the delivery of projects - meeting/or exceeding Schedule,
Performance and Cost (SPC) requirements enabling e2v to:
• Deliver great products
• Make money
• Change the World
• Have fun

e2v is committed to developing and promoting Portfolio, Programme and Project (P3) management best
practices throughout the business. To enable this e2v are developing an intranet capability for Project
Management:
The intranet capability within e2v will provide guidance and advice to the Business and its Project Managers in the form of
step-by-step best practices to managing and delivering projects in-line with the e2v Life Cycle Framework and industry
recognised standards, policies, and requirements.
The intranet capability will encompass the requirements of e2v's Governance processes and other internal and external
requirements.
The PMG defines a clear approach to successful project delivery through a consistent and repeatable integration of practices
and processes that any project can use to structure, track, and manage their activities and deliverables.
