The implementation involved migrating active product data from Agile to PDC and developing four custom extensions. The project was split into two phases, with phase one focusing on finished goods and phase two on non-finished goods. Jade Global utilized their Oracle Cloud Migrator tool and a phased approach to migrate the data and implement the new PLM solution on cloud.

GSO Email- Sales Team
Allows Sales team to email an excel order form (GSO, Gibson Sample Order) to personnel responsible for
sourcing samples from our factories. The excel report format is dependent on attributes in the Cover Page and
BOM. Various parts are created/updated based on the contents of the GSO.
Vendor Quote Entry Screen
Allows Product Development to calculate selling price by entering costs, then allow export to an excel report
with estimated landed cost (ELC) and save the price into a pricing part (PRC) in Agile. From this same screen
an optional PDF Report (UA) to be created and saved back to Agile
Sales Quote Entry Screen
Allows Sales team to view ELC and create a custom Quote for customer, then allow to export an excel report
with the customer selling prices and Gibson's margin, submit it for approval and save into a new PRC
Item Duplication Screen
Allows Sales team to select two different part types and clone data from one part to another, specific attributes
that require cloning can be selected from this screen
