This is a team that thinks a bit differently about recruitment. Gone are the days of simply transacting a process to put bums on seats. We aim to offer a seamless and efficient operational function and are constantly building towards it. In the past 18 months, we have built a new team, come up with an innovative business-led recruitment and sourcing model, and re-established relationships with our preferred supplier base to promote consistency and high quality in the candidate and supplier experience.
