1. Trojan – Costume Design
Throughout my opening scene, the costumes will vary as
time goes on. As the opening scene starts, the mood of the
scene is very happy and upbeat, so the protagonist will need
to wear a costume that reflects this. I want the audience to
see that he is in a position of work, so the main character
will be wearing some sort of shirt to indicate that he is smart.
He will also making be wearing smart trousers, implying that
he is working hard and has come home from work
exhausted.
The costume the main character is wearing will change as
the opening scene progresses. After the protagonist has
been shocked by the computer, he will wake up in a parallel
universe wearing different clothes. The parallel universe he
has woken up in is a universe where everything is different,
including his clothes. He will be wearing clothes that indicate
he is not in a position of work (casual clothes). This directly
shows the opposite of him in the normal universe, and would
imply he is lazy, childish and is doing nothing with his life.
