Javed Khan is the Operation Supervisor responsible for managing equipment rentals and distribution for projects in Jeddah and Jazan, Saudi Arabia. His responsibilities include collecting time sheets, evaluating hire forms for discrepancies, ensuring the right equipment is allocated, updating management on hire form summaries and monthly reports, and coordinating with site representatives and other departments to establish efficient processes. He is responsible for documents like equipment summaries and hire form statuses, and works under the supervision of the Operation & Transport Manager.

REPORTEE:- Operation Foreman
REPORTING TO:- Operation & Transport Manager(OTM)
RESPONSIBILITIES & AUTHORITIES
The following work area is entrusted to the aforementioned.
1. ESEC equipment’s collecting time sheet from projects finalized and submitted to finance dept for rent
process.
2. Attending the entire sites PMV requirement while receiving the Hire Forms.
3. Evaluating the hire forms and report the discrepancy to the sites if any.
4. Ensuring that the PMV from the yard is allotted to the right user.
5. Checking the PMV Yard Summary & Detailed List on daily basis.
6. Evaluating the documents PDI, Gate Passes, Equipment transfer documents etc.
7. Guiding the subordinates in completing the required documents correctly & speedily.
8. Selecting the equipment for site release after taking the advice of the management.
9. Coordinating with the Site PMV Representatives to serve the Hire Forms as required.
10. Updating the hire forms summary for all the sites and updating the management.
11. Updating PMV Report on monthly basis.
12. Interacting with intra & inter departmental colleagues to establish the process flow.
13. All projects following budget.
14. All project making mobilization chart.
15. ESEC equipment’s prepare monthly report.
