The Regent One Bal Harbour
Luxury, five-star hotel and residential
condominium tower estates and
penthouses. Involvement included
designing the condo public areas,
creating a contemporary “haute
couture” design, inspired by and
couture”
encompassing an Asian influence.
Also designed the hotel’s 2,800
hotel’
square foot Presidential Suite, which
includes Macassar Ebony wall panels
throughout the space, custom silk
area rugs, curved broken glass
mosaic vanity wall in the bathroom,
Chinese antiques and four terraces.

Molino Stucky Hilton Hotel
Four-star multi-building hotel and
conference center with a magnificent
view across the Grande Canal.
Involvement on the project included
documentation of the 300m² two-
storey Presidential Suite, the largest
in Venice, and design of the suite’s
suite’
mosaic tile Jacuzzi; Spa; Boardroom;
Meeting Rooms; Prefunction; Ball
Room and Corridor custom designed
Axminster carpets and Venetian glass
chandeliers and lighting.

Titleserv Offices
Renovation and new design of the private
offices for a multi-million dollar
corporation in New York. The interior
architecture was inspired by the
television series, 24, to have a stark,
24,
minimalist interior. Concrete, glass,
stone and stainless steel are the
prime elements, accented by
oversized modern seating, the
brilliance of blue light and brought to
life by more than (30) 61” NEC
61”
plasma screens throughout the space.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Radius Tower
Renovation of 200 guest rooms within the cylindrical tower, Radius. The challenge
of the project was dealing with the small rooms, but a very clean, modern
boutique design was implemented with light colors, frosted glass and
exceptional art to create a larger space.

Hyatt Regency Atlanta, Atrium Tower
Created the new “concept room” for Hyatt
Hotels based upon the design of new
casegoods, FF&E and finishes for the
Atrium Tower model room.
Design of a light soffit at the guestroom
corridor walls, which adheres to the
issue of asbestos in the walls.
Installation of new carpet tiles and
wallcovering for the public corridors.
Renovation of all FF&E and finishes for
(8) 2-bay and 3-bay suites and
renovation of the typical guestrooms
into (2) 5-bay suites.

Georgia Tech Hotel and Conference
Center
The ground up construction, located in the
new “Technology Square” in Midtown
Atlanta, includes 21,000 SF of
meeting space, a private board room,
a 7,260 SF ballroom, business center
for guest use, fitness facility, indoor
pool, 252 guest rooms and one
presidential suite. The interior design
of the hotel is distinctly contemporary,
infused with a high-tech urban feel,
full-bodied colors and architectural
patterns, which play off the scheme of
‘technology’.

Colonial Williamsburg Lodge
A historic restoration of the original Lodge
building, renovation of the South and
Tazewell wings, new construction of
128 guestrooms, and approximately
100,000 SF of new conferencing, food
and beverage facilities. All colors are
authentic, chosen from the Colonial
Williamsburg period, as are all carpet
patterns, fabric designs and
furnishings throughout the lodge.

Sterling Glen of Rye Brook
New Senior Living facility with the feeling
and look of a country club, very
residential in character. The interior
design was influenced by homes in
the surrounding community, with
inspiration deriving from the Arts and
Crafts style, traditional with a
simplified look. The property includes
a living room, dining room, private
dining room, library, fitness facility,
billiards room and reception lobby,
conceived with a range of different
woods, stones and fabrics of rich,
warm colors.
