• Facebook: post 1/day (more often can reduce likes 47%)
• Twitter: post 2/3 times a day, around transition times (arrival, lunch, end of the day)
• Use images/video:An image can increase interaction on Facebook by 53%
• Use hashtags: look for trending topics and add your voice to the mix
• Tag individuals in posts, pictures - they will respond/interact and expose their
network to your message
