Problem Statement: The current method of attaching an electrical device to the
Cord Flex Tester is not reliable.
Design Statement: Design a universal clamping device that will accept a variety
of products. Examples include hair dryers, flat irons, nightlights
etc.
Constraints: Clamp to current fixture
Clamp to be portable
Clamp to be universal
Must allow cord to rotate
