JESUS is believed as LORD GOD for several key reasons: 1) Numerous prophecies in the Old Testament foretold of Jesus' coming, nature, and role as God incarnate. 2) Jesus performed miracles like healing the sick and raising the dead that demonstrated his divine power and authority. 3) Important figures like John the Baptist, Jesus' disciples, and even his opponents bore witness to Jesus being the Son of God. 4) Jesus' sinless life, resurrection from death, and ascension into heaven provide compelling evidence of his divinity.
