• Somebody is in the middle of talking and another
person says “Excuse me, may I interrupt?”

someone else starts talking about point number 5.

• Allow them to continue then say “I think we can skip point

EXERCISE 4
• There are 2 points left on the agenda but it’s getting
close to lunchtime. If you continue the participants will
miss their lunch. However, the meeting is quite
important.
