INSIGHT GAINED IN FETTICCINE ALLA CARBONARA :
The insights I gain in cooking fettuccine alla carbonara is to know on how to cook the
pasta of the carbonara and making a roux the mixture of butter,cornstarch,flour. Also
to make béchamel sauce. I also learn that the carbonara has many nutrients that we can
get such as calcium, carbohydrates, protein and fiber. And I learn that there are many
important Ingredients in fettuccine alla carbonara. Also I learn that important to have a
team work with your group mates to make your dish very successful.
HOW TO PREPARE A FETTUCCINE ALLA CARBONARA?
In making a fettuccine alla carbonara you need to prepare some Ingredients that you
need. First cooked the pasta until al dente. Second make a roux in making a roux you
need to sauté the ¼ cup of butter, 2 table spoon of cornstarch, 2 table spoon of onion,
1/3 cup of water, 1/3 cup of fresh milk and 1 table spoon of salt. Third is cooked a white
sauce/béchamel sauce in making white sauce you need a roux, grained meat, 1/3 all
purpose cream and as desired mushroom. You wait until the meat cooked when it is
already cooked you put it in a clean bowl. Fourth put a pasta in a clean plate then put a
béchamel sauce in top of the pasta, then make a garnishing. Finally you can serve the
your fettuccine alla carbonara.

making it. I learn what are the sauce that we need in making it., Also I learn on how to
make a red sauce, and what are the main ingredients that we need in making a red
sauce. I learn also when we make a lasagna we need to bake it for 1 hour to melt the
cheese on top.
HOW TO PREPARE LAGAGNA SUPREME?
In making lasagna supreme you need to prepare those ingredient that you need. First
soak the lasagna pasta to the boiling water until all dente., Second make a béchamel
sauce, Third make a red sauce in making a red sauce you need basil leaves/parsley
leaves, grained beef, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, onion and oil. Fourth Sauté the oil,
onion and grained beef, then wait until the grained beef cooked then add tomato sauce,
after 5 min put a basil leave or parsley leave, then add salt. Wait until boil for 5 min,
then put it into a clean bowl.
