 We have several clients who deals in Business Financing and Factoring Loans
to whom we assist on variety of activities which helps them to complete the
underwriting and generate business.
 Most of these clients are MCA (Merchant Cash Advance) Companies.
 Multiple employees from Noon Dalton work at different levels of the general

4. Activities Described:
 Creating Package – We receive the merchant application, financial statements,
driving license and void check from the customers. We have to arrange and label
the documents as per underwriting format and upload them in the CRM.
 Entering Leads (Merchant Application) into CRM – We review the merchant
application for required information and then enter the lead information in CRM.
 Quality Review Prior to Underwriting– We go through the financial
statements provided by customers and confirm with the underwriting guidelines.
This is the first step to quickly review the package and filter the inappropriate
packages.
 Fetching Required Docs Online – For the packages which get selected, we
fetch out the required documents online like SOS (Secretary of State) Certificate,
Google Map for Address verification and Website content of the customer to verify
company online. 4

 General Underwriting – In this step we scrutinize merchant’s documents
to check the eligibility as per the underwriting guidelines provided by our
clients and filter the inappropriate packages. We go through the financial
statements and look for the details like the current MCA and their daily ACH
payment, Average Ledger Daily Balance, Monthly Deposits, NSF (Non Sufficient
Funds), OD (Over Drafts) and other charges and fees. We also enter all this
information in the CRM.
 Generate Credit Report – We generate credit reports of customers via
Experian and ACRA Net.
 Prepare Summary/ Underwriting Checklist for Underwriters –
Once we are done with all the steps of general underwriting, we prepare a
checklist/ summary for our underwriters, so that they can have a clear
picture of the customer's financial condition and can do the extensive
underwriting. 5

 Sending Introduction Emails to ISO Lenders (Email Blasting) – We send
the introduction emails (mass emails) to the ISO lenders and other prospects
using various email tools.
 Entering Prospect Leads in CRM – As soon as we receive a positive response
from any prospect, we add them as a prospect in our CRM with their complete
information such as Name, Company, Title, Address, Email and Phone
numbers.
 Preparing Contracts – We prepare contract document as per template (on
editable PDFs) provided by client.
 Searching New ISO Lenders (Lead Generation) – We search for new
leads such as new ISO (Independent Sales Organizations) lenders and MCA
