Found a Strategy to Expand His Reach

He searched Twitter
for Ella Moss and found that there appeared to be a gap in their social media strategy

They were not
talking to their customers, just broadcasting sales

They outsourced their
social media – It was not done in-house

The company was
possibly missing some valuable customer feedback

We facilitated an
advanced search, finding 10 boutiques across the US carrying the Ella Moss line
9.
… Noticed all
but one were on the East Coast…

He came up
with a 10-question survey.
11.
He called the
boutique owners.
12.
He wanted to
know what the boutique owners’ experience was with the company…. and what the customers’ experience was with the line of clothing.
13.
With his findings,
he demonstrated some of his financial know-how by creating charts and graphs and sorted the feedback by region for them.
14.
He presented this
to the company……not via Twitter!
15.
He got the
interview.
