Brief slides explaining my RAT model that assists teachers and others in identifying the unique dimensions of teaching and learning process that are impacted (or not) by the use of technology. This framework (along with my TPCK framework) was developed by me and initially published in my doctoral dissertation (2000) and has since been used in much of my scholarly work and publications.
