12. Investment Structuring HOW MUCH: The InovCapitalACTec Seed Fund invests up to €100.000 (Tech based) or €300.000 (High-tech) against an equity position between 25% and 50%. EXIT: After 1 year (Tech based) or 2 years (High tech): the Fund always exits to investors or licensors.
