A benchmark tariff for the application of penalties for student plagiarism in higher education – published in June 2010 at the 4th International Plagiarism Conference, Newcastle, UKArose from original request by Baroness Deech, then Independent Adjudicator for HE, to examine the policy and practices of the sector when applying penalties for plagiarism.Tariff was created from responses to survey and based on data already collated from AMBER studies.
